You can install ComplaintTracker Standard on Single device (PC or Laptop) where application and data are stored on same device.

Single PC Multi User
You can install ComplaintTracker Standard on Single device (PC or Laptop) where data and application are stored on same device you can create multiple users and login with respective login details on that device.

Multi PC Multi User
You can install ComplaintTracker Standard on multiple devices (PC or Laptop) connected via LAN, where data is stored centrally on any of the device and the client component can be installed on other devices connected to it.

Thin client
ComplaintTracker Standard supports installation on your Thin Client.
