You can install ServiceDesk Custom on Single device (PC or Laptop) where application and data are stored on same device.

Single PC Multi User
You can install ServiceDesk Custom on Single device (PC or Laptop) where data and application are stored on same device you can create multiple users and login with respective login details on that device.

Multi PC Multi User
You can install ServiceDesk Custom on multiple devices (PC or Laptop) connected via LAN, where data is stored centrally on any of the device and the client component can be installed on other devices connected to it.

VPN (Virtual Private Network)
ServiceDesk Custom also supports installation on your VPN.

Private Cloud
ServiceDesk Custom supports Private cloud. Hence you can store data in your public datacentre, private datacentre or configure your server so that it can be accessed from multiple locations.
