Q. What is the login name and password for SalesTracker trial use?
For trial use a default login and password Would appear. hence you just need to click on login to proceed further.
Incase if you are not able to view the default login and password during trial use, then you might have not installed SalesTracker properly.

Q. Would data entered in trial edition be upgraded to license edition?
Yes, data entered SalesTracker can be upgraded to license edition.

Q. Would trial Edition have limited features as compared to license edition?
No, trial edition would have all the features of license but with data lock (few entries).

Q. Is there any support provided during trial period?
Yes, we would be happy to help you during your trial or evaluation period you can drop a mail at trial@spinso.com.

Q. Do I need to register or fill a form to try SalesTracker?
No, you can download the application from our website and start using it. The application would have a default trial login and password.

Yes, you need to buy users license for every user, however you can install this on unlimited pc.

Q. Is the Product Code unique for life?
Yes, Product code is unique for life.

Installation

Q. Can I Access SalesTracker multi location , say from my branch office/home?
Yes you can access SalesTracker from multiple location.
There are two ways of doing this
1.You can host the data in your data center or private network And access it from anywhere.
(This is available for Enterprise edition onwards)
2.You can also option for Online License where the data is hosted on our server and can be accessed from anywhere.
(This is available for Professional edition onwards)

Q. I see 2 setup folders, Server and client?
For trial use we would recommend you to install server and client on same PC on default path read more

Q. How do I use SalesTracker in iPhone or Mac PC?
SalesTracker is built on windows OS hence by default it does not support any other operation system. However there is a work around you can use third party tool like parallels .

For on-premise and online you would get free version upgrades and support (Email/Telephonic) during your subscription period
